Payment Processing
Payment information is processed securely by trusted payment processors. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
Cookies & Local Storage
We use a small first-party cookie/local-storage entry to remember your analytics choice (see below), and separate first-party cookies to remember which marketing source, campaign, or referrer first brought you to the site and which brought you back most recently. These attribution cookies store short text values only (for example a campaign name) — never your name, email, or payment details — and expire automatically after 90 days.
Website Analytics & Session Replay
With your consent, we use PostHog to understand how visitors use Not4Normal — which pages are viewed, which buttons are clicked, how far visitors scroll, and which marketing source or campaign led to a visit, download, or purchase. This helps us improve the site and see which products and campaigns are working.
When enabled, this may include session replay — a recording of on-page interactions (scrolling, clicks, page navigation) used to spot confusing pages or broken flows. Password fields, email fields, and any other input on the site are masked before a recording is captured, and our admin dashboard is never recorded. There is no payment field on this site for us to capture — Paddle Checkout runs inside Paddle's own secure, separately hosted payment window.
Analytics is entirely optional. You can accept or reject it from the banner shown on your first visit, and rejecting it does not affect your ability to browse, download, or purchase anything on this site.
